After no loss last week I'm 2 pounds down this week ππ very happy about that βοΈ 1 more pound and I will have officially lost 30 pounds! Not bad in 4 months... I know it gets slower from here, but I do still have my eyes on my birthday prize ππ

Gained 2 pounds this weekπ but I'm good with it. I want to enjoy my vacation then I can eat healthy and lose the rest of the year. Got some cute clothes today some of which are slightly tight so that should be good motivation.4

165 lbs. No change, but it's been solidly consistent over the past few days. I WILL break below 165 by next week! It's getting easier with the better weather and longer days
