    Daily Goals
    ✅Steps 6161
    ❌Sleep
    ✅Walk
    ✅Water

    My sleep was terrible last night again. I ended up doing some night time snacking. Not a full blown binge but just somethings I should not had. The weather cleared and I got my walk in yesterday. I will go today depending how my leg feels after grocery shopping.

    Happy Saturday!

    I weighed in this week on Monday, April 5 = 192.0
    I have been on spring break as I am a teacher. I went to take care of my mom and I don't get data at her place. This was the first time since the pandemic began that I slept over at my mom's apartment. Anyway, it was impossible to log in. Then I got home and packed to go see my daughter in St. Louis. I'm still in St. Louis, but there's internet. Yay! It's a rainy day, so I'm unsure if there will be much to do. Anyway, here are my steps. I don't remember when I last updated my steps, so I will put the information from a lot of days. I am so sorry Megan. It is now pouring here, so I think there will be very few steps today. I did morning yoga, so that's at least something.
    04/02 = 10,486

    My steps for 4/9: 2,264

    I’m excited to be working my way down. I really think the 1 lb at a time goal is what works for me. It gives me small successes, which helps a lot.
    Spring break is coming to an end, which is a bummer...but that also means my steps will get back to normal. I definitely took the week to give myself a little rest. I stayed busy and productive, but it definitely reflected in my steps.

    Can you please post your steps for 4/4 and 4/5 ?..If I missed them I apologize ....Thanks :)

    @Megan_smartiepants1970 4/4: 41 steps (yes 41). That was the day I felt AWFUL, so I literally stayed in bed all day.

    I’m excited because for the first time in about 2 years I was able to get into my old jeans without feeling like a stuffed sausage. There is definitely still some snugness, but it’s not like it was! I was actually able to wear them out in public, and feel comfortable. It also makes sense because I find myself pulling up my current jeans more often, and there’s also more room in the thighs than there once was.
    It’s nice to actually SEE progress.

    Loss w/ MFP since 4/17/20 100lbs!
    LTD 153lbs

    A month or so ago, I came up with a mini goal of getting to 100lbs lost by my 1 year anniversary of the start of this journey (April 17th). I am sooo happy to have reached this goal, and a week early even. This past year hasn't always been easy, but it's definitely always been worth it. Next week, with ANY loss, I'll move into the normal category for weight for the 1st time in my life.

    Steps for 4/9 9071

    I'm so excited for you to have reached your goal. Your fierce dedication has paid off.

    Sorry for the delay, had a long day and fell asleep earlier than expected. My week wasnt the best, got overwhelmed with work so loss isnt the best.
    Also how do I track steps if i dont have a counter? Will be resuming running from Monday

    numbers for 4/10:
    steps - about 1000 again. left the fit bit on charge all day since the last time i tried to charge it i had it upside down and it didn't charge. wasted a whole day that time. i washed the car windows and went grocery shopping. other than that i stayed home with a case of the blahs.

    calories - under 1800 but i still feel bad about my choices today. i hope i get some good sleep tonight so my mind will be better tomorrow.

    exercise - nope. shook my arms around trying to get all the dang streaks off my windshield, otherwise nothing to be proud of.

    @Tazaria87 the biggest congrats to to your century goal. i wish i could say it'll be easier after that.

    congrats to all of our saturday weigh-ins. nice numbers. we should do great in the numbers this week.

    Hi, I´m quickly passing by.
    My life is going super busy with everything and even if I am following the diet, the weight is not helping anymore. It´s quite annoying I must say.
    I still did not get any info from the hospital about the reasons why my weight is so *kitten* up.

    Steps 14,732

    Had my son first soccer game of the season and it wasn’t too cold which was nice. Had a lazy day because I woke up super early stressing out about finding a job. Waking up very early for me is never good because I am more hungry all day.

    I wanted to go for a walk on the beach all day since it was beautiful here and waited around for my friend but by the time she was free we ran out of time and just walked the neighborhood instead. We ate dinner out .

    Wahooooo Downsizers!!! B)

    :star:The Green Challenge :star: Percentage of people who lost weight this week. No matter how small the loss the weights are recorded in green. Remember that even if your team doesn’t rank the highest in weight loss for the week you can still be the Green Percentage winner by having the most losses in your team! So keep it up!! B)

    @363days
    I am glad your dog is feeling better. Walking is fun when we have a dog to keep us company. Enjoy your walk!

    @cesse47
    Probably one of those weird scale fluctuations. Next week you will see the loss.

    @lcfa5317
    It is so nice you got to spend time with your Mom. Enjoy your day with your daughter!

    @red1185
    Nice loss! It is important to find a rate of loss that works for you. Awesome NSV!

    @Megan_smartiepants1970
    Nice walk!

    @Tazaria87
    You did it! Your hard work continues to pay off. You are an inspiration to this team.

    @TheresaM787
    That’s a long ride! Well done!

    @AlphaEliJoe
    You still had a great loss. Congrats! @Megan_smartiepants1970 will explain how to convert running into steps for you.

    @rwood566
    Grocery shopping and cleaning those windows is definitely exercising. I hope your blahs are gone today.

    @Z10Rtza
    Hope you get some answers soon.

    @TheresaM787
    Awesome loss!

    @rlaskey2
    I am the opposite. If I stay up late or can’t sleep I end up eating.

    Way to go Downsizers! Green is definitely your colour!
