    @SummerSkier Agreed "eating to run" vs "running to eat" (something I first read in Runner's World magazine over a decade ago) is very energizing! Kudos for finding this knowledge intuitively!

    An excessive workload was trying to sabotage my health goals on this day so I didn't get to do my assigned workout. Still got in some stretching at least! 🤷🏾‍♀️
