    Exercise? No! I didn’t really move at all today - kind of a rare thing!! But it was awesome just lounging around the house in my pjs today.
    Under cals? No. Not moving didn’t help. But I didn’t totally blow my budget - just slightly over.
    Logged? Yes.
    Passes Used? This will be my 4th - womp womp.
    Now to lay down in a different spot 😂... bed!! Night fams 🖤

    Calories? Yes, estimated some of the food especially that ice cream, so yummy was gonna take a pass day but didnt feel hungry for dinner so it worked out 😊

    Officially lost a few pounds since my pre-vacarion weight two weeks ago. Makes no sense but oh well!

    PowerPoint is definitely a picky little stressor & time sync. I love presenting, but no longer do because of PP (and the crazy high expectations for perfectly synergistic visuals)!

    @MadisonMolly2017 PowerPoint is a blessing and a curse! Before the pandemic, I gave up PP and created printed workbooks for my presentations. Attendees could easily write in the workbook and then share them with others.
    Covid shut down all of my presenting.

    Not sure if I stayed under calorie limit because I ate salmon with grilled cabbage at a restaurant. Oh yeah, and 2 glasses of Chardonnay 😏 It was the first time eating out with friends in a while and totally worth it.
