I tried out SUP (standup paddleboarding) today with a lesson and a tour. I LOVED it! I'm going back on Sunday I think. It also burns a TON of calories an hour which was a bonus. It's hard work but fun. Anyone else do SUP?

I have always wanted to try paddleboarding BUT I have a legit anxiety attack when I get in water over my head and there is wildlife (snorkeling in Aruba did not end well) . If I could try it in a pool, I would be thrilled. I think Jaws traumatized me. 🦈1 -
