Yay 2.2 pounds. And I do the zero challenge for sweet drinks ice caps and pop. I completed it. I did have a small frosty and small fries at Wendy's for lunch but overall did great still staying within points for the day.4 -
Reminder...I would consider it a personal favor if everyone could try just a little harder to report in on time. We're all busy...we have nine people who have not reported in (incl today)...thanks for your efforts!

I made a batch for my lunches this week. Used black beans this time instead of cannellini. Original recipe is yummy as is but I Think I liked the black bean version better 😁

Good week! Proud of myself for packing a huge picnic lunch for me and the family for a full day of baseball. Avoided the concession stand and likely close to 1000 empty calories. I don’t mind indulging in a juicy burger and fries now and then now but I’ll be at the ball Diamond for the next 8 weekends. That would add up!

Early Weigh In due to travel
I'm super stoked! Made some changes this week including starting my Drink 2 Shrink detox. It was necessary. It definitely curbed my appetite & I ate more good-ish for me stuff.
Now I've just got to get back to walking in the park, which I love, but it's been difficult with it raining so much in Texas lately.3 -

Overall, we walked nearly 2.4 MILLION steps in May...WOW!

@Dnarules Hey Shirley...I had 203.8 as your PW from last week...stay on track and that little gain will come off soon! Hope you enjoy your weekend! It's raining here in VA so my neighbor and I just went to the grocery to pick up our lunch supplies for the week and we walked all the aisles! Just hit my step goal for the day! Humidity is a pain in the southeast so we have to get creative with our walking!

Here's my response to this week's This or That!
I LOVE fruity desserts and road trips, but it's hard to find others who like to hit the road or can get time off on the same week...miss those days...cranking up the radio and just driving...
