According to an RMR test I had done not long ago, my RMR is around 1900 calories. I told MFP I wanted to lose 2 lbs/week, and it set my daily goal at 1400 calories. I've bumped that up to 1500 calories and told MFP to not add the calories burned during exercises (as it has been doing). So, I won't be trying that hard to stay under this new daily goal, I'll just try to stay near it. I'm hoping this helps me do better in tracking diet/exercise.3

The exercise is really the hardest part for me. The hot temperatures outside are keeping me from taking outdoor walks and that’s been the easiest way for me to get some extra movement into my day.

So for those of you that don't know I work at a coffee/donut shop on the weekends!
My goal on the weekends is to take my own food and drink and get lots of steps in and that definitely happened today

Good morning! It's a fresh new Monday. What are your goals this week?
I was a little "off" last week with a cold (not Covid). So I wasn't doing my best eating. I want to just recommit to my routines this week--regular meals, 1600ish calories, real snacks (not grazing) and plenty of movement.
