My goals this week are to get in at least 20k a day, try to get down this gallon of water everyday, and be positive about my minor fake setbacks. Even though I know when it's that time of month it will seem like I'm 10lbs heavier, I still tend to get really discouraged about this journey. That one week always without fail sets me back what seems like 2 weeks. Which only leaves me with one week a month to really be proud of the numbers I see. And the funny thing is that I never know what month will sabotage me. Some months are awesome and others are a nightmare. So far I have met my weekly goal of 20k+ but all that water is another story.2

Tracked and under...got a lot of exercise, but my stupid fit bit isn't syncing! I estimate 12k steps, plus I did upper body strength. A good day!3

You are doing amazing! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽 I struggle with water as well. I want to drink a gallon but I hate the constant running to the bathroom. It’s annoying!!! I’m gonna try this weekend to see how I handle it.2 -

Again, great job! My day is ok, I’ve been on an emotional roller coaster but proud of myself for not turning to food like I normally would.2 -

Do you do step challenges on Fitbit? If so, can you add me? I love the challenges.1 -
Tracked my food ✔️
Ate within my calorie budget ✔️
Drank water but not sure I had a enough
Did not reach my step goal 😔
Will do better tomorrow! Hope all is well with everyone.1 -
Most of May was not too good for me. I'm trying to do better this month.
Another day of swimming once in the morning and again in the late evening, plus walked my usual 2 miles.
My Garmin Fenix 6 sport watch has an intermittent bug: it cheated me out of 300 yards swimming today. Oh well, at least it only affects my stats and not my weight loss.
I've been trying to "up the ante" in my exercising in the hopes that it will accelerate my fat loss. I've burned over a 1,000 calories on 21 of the last 30 days. That takes me 2+ hours of exercise a day.1 -
