Less progress this week as expected now that I've gotten rid of the water weight, but still headed in the right direction.

This last ten is going to be incredibly slow since it will all be new numbers that I haven't seen since high school. I've been really good since the start of this challenge with no exceptions so far and that is all I can do.

I had a weird uptick this morning after being below 164 most of the week. Still progress though...0 -

We are under another 7 days Lockdown again Wanted to see 59-something before July is over.... sigh!1 -

I've been exceptional so it is beyond frustrating. I knew these last pounds would be harder/slower to lose but I shouldn't be gaining which is what has happened since I hit my low mid week. I'm also past the middle of a 90 day challenge to give up some things that I enjoy (too much) and I find it harder when the scale laughs at me.1 -

Thanks @TXRebelle! Good news..lockdown is over..wohoo! I know how you feel about this weight gain thingy. Just hang in there as once your body is settle in the new low weight, then it will loose again. For me, am struggling to see 59-something kg now...a long way to go for me.1

Ironically, this is almost verbatim what I posted last week. *sigh*
I had a weird uptick this morning after being below 164 most of the week and seeing a new low of 163.4.
