Exercised and tracked but over calories by quite a bit. So pass day 6. Sugar day 8/20. The good news is while I'm having trouble staying within calories, I seem to be maintaining. And I think my pass days will be in the single digits.4

Today, tracking was good. Calories were slightly over and exercise not meeting my rule. But morning of the 21st I was back at that 120.5 weight, so I am obviously not doing damage. Continuing to focus on the efforts and accountability. Today was a "pass"5
