    Sorry
    Just looked at last weeks chart

    Every little point helps 🤣🤣

    @izzyred9400 I think you're doing really great at handling "maintenance"...I'm so proud of what you've accomplished! You should post a before/after pic if you're comfortable doing so...if it were me, I think I'd be taking pictures every day! LOL! Enjoy your weekend!

    Here's this week's THIS or THAT! Please use the original chart below and highlight your answers. Also, choose ONLY ONE answer for each one...no BOTH or NEITHER responses! If any of the entries leave you with a thought or a story to share, please do so.

    Way to maintain @dillyg08 !

    Great loss @DreaRN15 !! Glad you had a good time this week and it paid off! Remember, you can also walk indoors...even in place, while watching tv or to music...there are also tons of walk videos on YouTube you can do under your air conditioning...it's all about moving, as you proved this week! Anyway congrats on the great results!

    @CasandraW Just a teensy gain...you can turn that right around this week! What's your plan? Got a tip for the rest of us too?

    Hope everyone has a wonderful #Caturday !

    Ramblings of the day
    I am going to try to post daily here. I don't currently have any new habits I want to work on, so these will be fairly short. I had a pretty nice day, enjoyed playing a lot of FF14. I got a headache, took some pills, and went to bed for an hour. Most of it was gone after that thankfully.

    My "This or That" for this week...

    lscuczholtue.png

    Gardening vs Yoga...not sure I could handle either, but I do remember my mom loving to put out her flowers every spring...it was an entire day of going to Smit's Greenhouse, picking everything out, then setting up the pots for the back patio area, the two for each side of the front porch (my father had made her permanent pots and she switched out the flowers for the seasons) and then there were usually a few plants made up to take to "decorate the graves" at the cemetery and one or two to give to others or take to church. She so looked forward to that and planned it out meticulously. She was good with planting...I'm really not and I hate getting my hands dirty. I just enjoyed seeing mom happy and in her element. Of course the time spent together is the best part of those memories...at the time, I remember really disliking having to help with it but now I'd give my right arm to do it again with her. With my knee and ankle issues, yoga would be impossible.

    I had asked you about the 3rd and you made a joke, but I really need to know your steps for the 3rd please. Thanks! Look at the chart and help me make sense of the holes please. Jess
    I don't have steps for that week in July.
    3rd- 8077 (that's where I got date wrong)
    4th is 7,261
    I managed to give the wrong dates for the steps.
    Sorry I wasn't clear.

    Had some relaxing time today after seriously busy week. Deep cleaned everything in 5 days- a few little jobs to do that I couldn't reach. Hubbie got our little bathroom & our bedroom painted. I haven't worked out how to log those calories so hoping they will just add in to the ones from steps & gym.
    Got myself a mani-pedi for some "self-love".

    I love gardening but I do not have a green thumb. Each spring I get really excited and plant my gardens. I weed, fertilize, water and deadhead, but around this time I start to get discouraged as my plants begin to wither and die an early death. But…next spring I’ll be at it again, as excited as ever. Houseplants are even worse. I currently have one plant in my house that has survived the past year. Have probably composted five or six. It’s not for lack of effort 😂

    @jennifersusanmcdougall Nice loss! Great job!

    @napattack9558 Wow, you had an awesome week! WTG!

    @jenready and @chalmation Way to maintain guys! WOOHOO!

    @Waifer003 At least you keep trying for your green thumb award...I gave up years ago...when every flower or plant I brought up kept being turned over, dug up or attacked by my cat...so it's easy to stop trying...got tired of cleaning it all up! Why make extra work for myself?! LOL!

    @kerdil08 awesome stepping

    @Chalmation1976 & @jenready excellent maintenance

    @jennifersusanmcdougall & @napattack9558 excellent loss

    @Waifer003 we are great at growing weeds. ☘🍀🌿☘☘

    @jessicakrall8- you?? How old??

    Had lie in & vegetarian cooked (we grill/oven bake rather than fry) English breakfast for lunch. Had a 'Friends' fest with eldest.
    About to go out to meet friend from church (she's my Minister's wife & a Deacon- works part-time, since we 'lost' our paid Outreach Worker- we share the Youth Work with support from other parents.)

    Team:

    Many of you, we only see your posts on weigh in day...let's challenge ourselves to help, support and challenge our team mates a little more this week...remember when you help someone else by sharing your challenges, stories and small, non-scale victories, you could be saying the one thing that someone else needs to hear to keep from giving up, to put away those extra leftovers, to take that extra fifteen minute walk, to avoid an injury, to feel more "worthy"...what you put into the group comes back to motivate yourself.

    I would really love to see us become a little more active in our chatroom.

    Will YOU commit to posting a few times a week?

    Thanks for considering it...

    @jessicakrall8 whoop! Thank you. I actually stopped "dieting" and just stayed deficit without adding workout calories back in. Felt full and healthy, hope it continues next week! 🤞 Xx

    Had a nice, relaxing day. Started this morning with a walk at home. I generally use 'Dance with Deepti' videos for these. She is fun and I like the music. Plus they are actually doable for fat, out of shape beginners with no sense of rythm (a.k.a. me). I did this one today: click. I really like getting my workout done in the morning, so I can just be lazy the rest of the day! It's also when I tend to have the most energy anyway.

    I have both a toddler and teenager, they both suck.🤣🤣 My kids are 13.5 years apart. When I have my baby I'm currently pregnant with, my oldest and youngest will be a few weeks shy of 16 years a part. 😲 Lord help me🤣

    I posted 5,031 for the 6th, but wanted to double check because of the typo...let me know if it needs to be revised.

    If I copy a picture and click paste in this window it comes up as a long link of the jpeg file and when I click reply, the picture appears, but I'm on a computer, not my phone...

    Have a great week! Hope your foot feels better soon!
