 There was a lot of back and forth running across the escape room. Then, I think I sweated at least 2 lbs. off between the stuffiness at work and standing outside in 90*F heat for a cruise-in tonight. Ohhh, that NC heat. Please go away.

 Comments: I've been focused on taking things one day at a time, and sticking to the plan, literally using a planner to do this and one of of the things on my list is walking 1 mile a day. This morning, I timed it, and I shaved off another minute. It's been 6 weeks. When I started, it took me like 27 minutes, this morning I did it in 19 minutes. So hard work and consistency DO pay off! Doing it everyday, you get better at it!0

 I have been stuck on this plateau for about 3 weeks now. I've been tracking every day, weighing foods, under my calories, and walking most days. It's very frustrating.0

 @aim630 Hang in there. It might be time to adjust your macros, adjust activity, maybe try intermittent fasting. Those are some of the top suggestions for plateaus. Bottom line is, change is what's best for a plateau, and they are particularly frustrating, just hang in there.1
