    I'll go with October 20.

Last year, our temperature dropped to 0 F. and stayed there for several days. The leaves froze on the trees and stayed on the trees until Spring. That rarely happens.

Trees are starting to change and fall off the trees, but there is still a lot of green trees.

We have a lot of green still but some trees are starting to lose leaves but not really change color.

We're about half and half with green trees and orange/yellow trees. Lots of leaves are on the ground.

    A new "I predict..."
When will you get your first snow?

We might get our first snow o Monday or Tuesday. I don't think we will. So I'll predict November 1.

No snow today, not even rain. Tomorrow is supposed to be below freezing.

Thanks Bea for posting the new "I predict". I kept forgetting.

Our trees are mainly still green around me. But I do know that there are other areas in the city with way more color and falling.

We are still having summer weather in between the fall Rainy chilly weather. But I predict the first snow fall will happen November 10th

Bozeman and Great Falls got 6 inches of snow. Both are over 200 miles away. We didn't even get rain yesterday.

About half the trees have lost their leaves. Most of the other half is very colorful. A few is still hanging on with green leaves. With cooler nights that should change quickly.

Still no snow here, just in the mountains.

We still have a lot of green on the trees. But it's getting cooler again.

They are calling for our first frost sometime in the next couple weeks.

I picked all my tomatoes a couple weeks ago. The tomato plants have all frozen by now because I quit covering them.

I am not sure exactly. But you definitely did something good to get that. I will see if I can figure it out.

So I figured it out by going to your badges and reading how you got it. You inspired 5 people. This means they selected the inspiring icon at the bottom of your post. I have not earned that one yet.

We still have a few leaves hanging on the trees. We're supposed to get a big wind storm tonight. Maybe it'll blow off the rest of the leaves.

We still have lots of leaves even with the wind but at least they're changing colors finally.

They are calling for chance of snow on Thursday. That's about a week earlier than I predicted if it happens. We will see.

This morning on my walk I seen Christmas lights on a balcony. Not really what I consider in my neighborhood. But still.

My Christmas lights prediction for here was really off. I've seen a Christmas tree with lights in a window last week.

Today on the radio they said that people who have their Christmas decorations up on November 1st are happier people.

We had a few snow flakes, but very few! Not enough to accumulate, let alone stick.

I was definitely off on leaves falling and Christmas decorations. There are a couple homes with a few in our neighborhood. Still quite a few leaves maybe with the cold weather we can get them to fall.

Today we had our first snow. 4 days after my prediction. It was mixed with rain at times so nothing stuck but it was still beautiful.

Ok... We need to get this started up again

I predict I'll hear the first bird chirping on March 15

I predict I'll see the first daffodils, crocuses, or narcissist blooming on April 10.

    Any others?

There are always birds chirping in the city so that doesn't work for me. Instead I will predict the first Robin seen will be April 4th.

I predict that the first flowers will be seen April 8th.
