I AM BACK!!!
What a pita and thank goodness for MFP tech support.
It's been a long and terrible three months months. I finally have a job!! I start on Monday and am so thankful. It is a well established medical facility I worked at in the mid-90;s in the same department, and is actually a position I had covered, So win!
@clepant - I hope you are feeling better after your shingles vaccine. My first dose was fine but my second hurt for about a week and they tested me for COVID because I missed work, I felt so miserable after it.
@kar328 - good luck and I wish you happy hunting!1 -

@Libi_KK - Welcome back! Glad to hear you found a job that sounds like a perfect fit for you!
No pain yesterday or today so far. I think I'll try starting back in on some easy PT exercises.

@Kar328: Keeping good thoughts for a better job. I am sure the right one will come along that is a better fit for your mental well-being. Negative work place just deteriorates ones own mental and physical well-being.
Sept. 2: 8.65 miles of walking
Sept. 22: 6 mikes of walking

@Libi_KK: Congrats on your new job! Sounds like you found something that you will be comfortable with and happy.
Yes, I keep hearing shot two of shingles is a bugger. Even though I am vaccinated, I almost thought I possibly had Covid. Lost my appetite, headache and stomach ache, waves of nausea, a sore throat for a day, but the throat issue went away, but the other stuff lingered. Feel much better now, but do not look forward to round two.0 -

Foot still feeling okay today. Had my PT appointment and was able to do everything she told me to without any discomfort so that's a good thing.

@Dave - Glad to hear the rehab is coming along well. Don't get in too big of a hurry. A steady pace wins the race.2

@Libi_KK Congrats on the new job!
@dave keep up the good work. Slow and steady
@clepant I thought round two of the shingles was better, which doesn't make sense, but maybe I'm just weird. Also didn't find the second Covid vaccine to have many side effects.
1.6 treadmill miles. Pulled my lower back two days ago while deadlifting, skipped the gym yesterday but figured I'd try walking today. It's getting better. May skip TRX and Bootcamp tomorrow though. TRX guy is hardcore and there's a sub for Bootcamp so I don't mind missing it.
