    @Libi_KK: Congrats on your new job! Sounds like you found something that you will be comfortable with and happy.
    Yes, I keep hearing shot two of shingles is a bugger. Even though I am vaccinated, I almost thought I possibly had Covid. Lost my appetite, headache and stomach ache, waves of nausea, a sore throat for a day, but the throat issue went away, but the other stuff lingered. Feel much better now, but do not look forward to round two.

    Foot still feeling okay today. Had my PT appointment and was able to do everything she told me to without any discomfort so that's a good thing.

    @clepant I thought round two of the shingles was better, which doesn't make sense, but maybe I'm just weird. Also didn't find the second Covid vaccine to have many side effects.

    1.6 treadmill miles. Pulled my lower back two days ago while deadlifting, skipped the gym yesterday but figured I'd try walking today. It's getting better. May skip TRX and Bootcamp tomorrow though. TRX guy is hardcore and there's a sub for Bootcamp so I don't mind missing it.

    I had my fifth(?) weekly physical therapy appointment today. All is progressing nicely still! I'm still riding the stationary recumbent bike for exercise for half an hour a couple days a week. I've increased to the strongest Theraband they have (dark purple) for my foot & ankle exercises and I'm up to 20lbs sitting on my knee for my seated knee raises. I've regained a good portion of the muscle tone in my calf and it's getting closer to the size of my other one. All in all, both my therapist and I are happy with the progress! :smile:
