@VHUBER - And I was remiss in also adding yesterday that I'm sorry you've been so sick! I'm glad you're dong somewhat better now, but sounds like you still have quite a ways to go to feel like your usual self. Sending healing energy! :flowerforyou:

A BIG thank you for the offer of donating miles but if its ok with Dave he can just lower my goal to 50. I can't guarantee if I'll have energy tomorrow! I did take Georgie for a 2 mile walk along the lake. It felt good to breathe fresh air, to just MOVE and Georgie absolutely loved it!! Although it was a SLOW walk!!

@vhuber Hope you feel back to normal soon
Anyone ever try dry needling for plantar fasciitis? I made a PT appt in mid November to possibly try that. I did it once for knee pain and it fixed the problem. I'm tired of this heel pain, last time I had it on the other foot, it took about a year to subside, so I'm trying to be more proactive this time.

WOOHOO!! That's GOAL for @KAR328 and @CPANUS!!!
@KAREN - Nope, never had any kind of acupuncture although I would be open to it even though I hate shots/injections... Hope it helps! I do hear lots of good things about acupuncture! My wife was having some nerve & muscle pain in her neck and shoulders after her car accident a few years ago. The chiropractor used it. She said it definitely helped!
Happy FRIDAY, everyone!!!

I got Protalus inserts for my shoes and they got rid of mine as well as my dad’s PF. They are great orthotics that works differently and O believe they have a return guarantee. When I did not have them, it took a year for mine to go away.
