All I can say is pass day #1 ☹️ I did some strength and flexibility but not enough to offset my own food disaster !!7

I really like that meme @Mrs_Hoffer. I'm going to save it to my collection of inspirational memes. Thank you for the insightful post today. I did use to feel like I failed and would disappear. Or if I wasn't in the right "mindset" at the start of the month, I'd just not check-in at all. Although I am pleased with myself that I worked on what my issues were during that time, so at least I can say something came out of it. (Glass half full theory again lol). My goal this winter is to work on consistency and to show up every day in the UAC. I'm already anxious about it; I guess I really don't like failing. But time for some self "tough-love" and make myself show up each day.
Welcome back @BMcC9. I remember when you used to say it was training for the next month if someone went over their pass days.
Congrats to @jjjcat (I think 4 pass days is pretty impressive) and all the October Champions!
And @victorious55, very true on the "It is easier to drop out than to be a Champion. You chose "champion"!" In the end it really comes down to our choices. Life does happen but a lot of times we have control over how we respond.
Yes x 3 for me today. It was a bit warmer today so I went out for a bike ride although tomorrow I'm going to wear gloves & I may invest in a tuque. It's supposed to warm up a bit by the weekend so I'm looking forward to that.

4 mile run.
Today is my…
*14th wedding anniversary.
*11th work anniversary (not with the company but I’m an executive assistant and it’s my 11th anniversary working for my boss.
I had gained a few lbs back over this summer and didn’t want to make it MFP official since it would put me back under the 60lbs mark but I went truthful this morning, and now I’m back down to 56 lost. I will get back to 60 lost soon.
My run was rather lovely this morning.9 -

Yes x 3 once again today. I've actually been impressed (both today and yesterday) that what feels like a pretty generous day of calories is still well within my maintenance budget! Just goes to show how useful it is to recalibrate our sense of "normal" every once in a while.8

November is going well so far!
@tahm42 I’m sorry to hear you were so poorly with covid, I hope you are still taking it relatively easy as you are probably still recovering!
@edsheeran412 what is an intense kitten? Intrigued!

✅✅✅ for today.
I spoke too soon on how well trained Beauregard seems these days 😂😂🤣 For the most part, it was MY consequence for having delayed the big walk which then coincided with the kids out of school, folks leaving work early, and all the “off leash” dog walkers that cause mayhem. My SUV was in getting winter tires on and they were very late in completing the job; I waited for the call and could have been for four long walks in the time their delay took. Yes, I do have a cell phone (on which I could have received a call while on an earlier walk). Live and learn. 💡
Have a good night everyone.
