Sorry I haven’t been checking in daily. I’ve been really busy with work and the next two weeks will be just as busy due to me training a new employee. I have been walking 3-4 miles daily and some light jogging, portion control, and only drinking water with the exception of my morning and afternoon coffee. I hope to be more mindful with checking in daily.1 -

My current weight is still 180.🥲
It's not a loss, but at least it's not a gain. I'm not very happy but I know it's the lack of exercise. I should be more active this week❤0
