I seem to be over my cold. Tuesday was my first day without symptoms. And yesterday was the first time in a couple weeks that I had any energy to get stuff done.

But I've gained ten pounds. Now I need to stop drinking; fight the "one more won't hurt" demons; and reset keto to kick these blanking stupid cravings.

It's hard but having "been there, done that" helps. I know it can be done. Arghhh...

    Karen I am with you.

Paula I am glad you are feeling better now.

Chris I could not find our group yesterday. Crazy, when you were having trouble I was not.

Visited my daughter again today. She is in good spirit's. She gets her stitches removed tomorrow. Still no weight on it.

Bought paint today. Going to paint a ceiling tomorrow. Did yoga today and walked the dogs.

Chris that was a super productive day. Great job. I love busy days like that.

Got up and started prepping to paint the dining/kitchen room ceilings. When we did our addition years ago Rocky stripped off all the popcorn ceiling. Then we picked out a roll on texture design. But the paint streaked horrible. It was some sort of iridescent semi gloss. If it had not streaked it would have been perfect. Now after doing it again it is amazing. Walked the dogs after the ceiling was painted. Visited with my daughter. Washed some rugs and put back the rooms. So much done. o:)

Karen, what is a mechanical valve? Will your BFF have a device to control it??

Karen wishing her lots of luck. I would be stressing also.

Kathy I can't imagine what a full-time job it must be caring for both your parents. My father has been gone for almost 16 years now. My mom cared for him. Hang in there. They would not want you to get depressed. So glad your workouts are paying off.

Paula our weight is about the same always. Lets hold hands and jump into some lower numbers. :D

Visited Sanara again. She is in a boot now. So many of us take walking for granted. Especially at 40 years old. Let's all move for her. And for all those who can't.

Finally I have some great news. We received a great report from the neurosurgeon and the neuroncologist on mom's MRI. No new masses discovered and she continues to heal. It looks like prayer work. She's doing well and doesn't have to see them again for 3 months. We will continue to see Dr. Rich, her oncologist for treatment. Prayerfully dad will get the same good news next month. πŸ™πŸΎπŸ™πŸΎπŸ™πŸΎ Thank you all for your support. ❀️ It's not over but I feel a huge weight has been lifted.

    Kathy, that's wonderful!!

Shelley, taking extra steps for your daughter...tomorrow!

Had a nasty headache yesterday. All day. Pat said it was "that kind" that I haven't had for years and years...not sure but, man! I didn't want to drive or go to the store or walk or anything...ugh! I am great today!! Went by Nick's niche to change up his flowers, did a 60 min workout w/my trainer this afternoon then went to the hearing aid guy to have our hearing aids checked out. Now waiting for Sara and Ronan and Bean to come for a visit. A good day!

Kathy that is wonderful news. I am very happy for you both. Great holiday gift.

Chris sorry you had a headache. I hate them!

I got carried away making rolls from scratch yesterday. Then did major cleanings on the two larger tanks. Then today before going to my daughters for dinner I started on the coral tank. I unplugged everything from my coral tank and reran all Tehran all the electrical cords. There are 2 surge protector bars. It was quite a job. Cleaned under the stand and and got rid of the clutter. Then hooked up my new algae scrubber. Hooked up a timer for the light on it. Going to need another surge bar if I get even one more thing.

Dinner was great. Lots of visiting.

    Glad you had fun, Shelley!
I got in a 60 min workout w/my trainer today.
Brought out our Charlie Brown Christmas tree for the next time Ronan comes over. Pat decided we needed our fiber optic tree up...fine!... Maybe I'll start wrapping this weekend. Might need more wrapping paper.

Chris at least wrapping paper doesn't go bad. Get the shiny kind. B) Fever optic does not compete with Charlie Brown! Nice workout. Hope you are getting lots of use out of those new weights.

I cleaned my gym. Got rid of an old bench. Rearranged things and mopped floors. I wanted a new area rug. Nothing the right size though. I will keep looking. Have a Coffey DVD picked out. Followed by an an ripper 200.

Kathy - that is GREAT news! So happy to hear it.

So my friend Ryan was meant to get an aortic mechanical valve. Turns out that he had an aneurysm in the value (so scary)....they were able to fix ut, clear the blockages without the mechanical value. He's only 48...so young for all of this fun!

I'm so glad he is ok ;)

Karen that was crazy! So went in for one thing and they were able to fix it with a totally different procedure? Sounds like a better one even. So glad it all worked out. Your birthday celebration sounds amazing. Have a great time.

Did my planned workouts. Had a wonderful morning. Then ate half a burger and felt awful. Did not agree with me. Better this evening.
