Took advantage of hubby working late this week and got a workout in all 5 days, took a rest day today and plan to get something in tomorrow. Stayed on track with food as well.

@leni1us I think the best advice here might just be to track your food religiously while you're learning the ins and outs of the dietary change and track it as you go, meal by meal or even pre-track and plan your days out. I did it like that when I changed to Keto for my insulin resistance/pre-diabetes.1 -

Well, I'm just on fire here, LOL. Lousy week as far as calories in and out. Injured my foot somehow and I'm waiting for it to feel better before anymore hiking and/or jogging.
