Exercise: Yes, 35 minute walk outside. Really wasn’t feeling it today, couldn’t get myself to go on hike but at least got a little walk in, I was a wimp and turned around at the hill.
Did the challenge moves with the alteration of wide squats. Can not do regular squats correctly at the moment. Honestly, I had to pause for a minute after 7 reps, could probably do 12 of each by themselves okay but transition back and forth wore me out more

@KakoHikes It doesn't really matter if you modify them! Day 1 got me too....

Exercise: Yes - *You've earned 62 extra calories from exercise today!

Goals/Day/Comments: I know how I got fat. When I'm hurting a lot, and I mean enough to take extra pain medication I want to feel better, even if it's only for a few minutes. Food was my go-to feel good medicine. I have that desire today; I'm trying to retrain myself to drink iced tea instead. I have to confess it is not as good as cookies, OMG I love freaking cookies!! But if I want to change, I must pretend that my iced tea is cookies......

Even though I can walk 4000 steps a day that does not mean that I should. RA is an evil task master and must be obeyed or suffer the consequences. I don't like being in severe pain so I will go back to 3000 steps a day, which I was able to handle with little consequence. It will be good enough.

I'm sorry you're in pain from overdoing it. Whatever is good for you is good enough!! I had to figure out the hard way that I'm not going to be able to "keep up" with those who get 10K steps every day, or even 7K. Not all feet are created equal!

I know why I got fat, too. When I had words I was afraid to say (for one reason or another) I filled my mouth with food. I had no voice. Even though I'm finding my voice now, the old habits still rear up. Funny how you live with patterns for so many years and never see them until you finally say that's enough. But breaking the habits of a lifetime is not a task for the weak and wary. It is definitely a retraining process. Enjoy your iced tea! Wearing those new closet finds is way more fun than any cookie could taste :)

    Fitmas Day 3:

Side note-the timing on these exercises wasn't great :( My normal workout this morning was squats, deadlifts, walking lunges, leg curl, leg extension...followed that with Day 3, pretty much crawled up the stairs after that :D but I didn't let it stop me from completing my mission!

    Tuesday weigh-in

    129.0

But don't bother posting, as I'm leaving MFP.

Still have not got a response from MFP as to why I was banned and frankly, I'm getting pretty fed up with their lack of response. Have they just screwed up or have the bullies won? Either way, I already suffer from depression and this really isn't helping me one bit.

So to save my own sanity, I am signing off. I enjoyed the group a lot but this whole thing has just left a really bad taste in my mouth. I'm sure it's not personal, with MFP at least, but it still feels that way.

Best of luck everybody and I hope you have a great holiday season.

It's great to see so many people posting their daily challenge results, even on days you don't meet your calorie goal or exercise. The previous team I was on was pretty quiet It's encouraging to see others efforts and struggles.

    Awesome

Exercise: Yes - *You've earned 389 extra calories from exercise today!

Goals/Day/Comments: I walked 4100 steps today that's 4000 three days in a row. I'm hurting all over like crazy. I have the stamina to go that far, but my RA does not like it and it forces me to slow down. I'm taking extra Tylenol to help with the pain. I finished putting up the Christmas Tree today. I'm having an 18 calorie Advent treat each night, I think I will have 2 tonight I earned it.

I had a NSV today, I found more clothes to wear in my closet, used to be one of my favorite skirts. And I found some that were way to big and put those in the donate bin.

She believed she could, so she did! I BELIEVE, I BELIEVE, I BELIEVE!

Exercise: Yes - *You've earned 74 extra calories from exercise today!

Goals/Day/Comments: 74 is better than nothing. I did not eat enough last week; 3 days were averaging about 800 calories. So, this week my focus is on eating at least 1050 calories per day and walking 3000 steps. Don't mess with what is working.

Thank you @nebslp it meant a lot to me that you shared.
