I'm up a bit, which doesn't surprise me. Last Friday, I felt like I might be coming down with a cold, so I haven't been taking my walks in the morning. Hitting my step goal has been a little challenging because of that. I did manage to walk at an indoor mall a couple times. That and some marching in place plus the water aerobics and Silver Sneakers (cardio for seniors) classes at the gym got me over the top. I recently started taking yoga and Pilates at 6am Monday through Thursday. This week, I only made it on Monday and Tuesday. Next week, no excuses. (I've bumped up my strength training this past week; I am optimistically hoping a lack of weight loss could be partly because I'm gaining muscle. We'll see, I plan on having a DEXA body scan in January.)1 -

Omg this week has been stressful.
Started with a flat tire and needing a new one before my wages was in.
I'd been given calls to clients who are new to us and one went up to 10pm.
I refused to do evenings until I had to change my availability to make sure the kids got to and from school safely.
Basically I was exsusted on Friday.
And I wasn't surprised to see a weight loss.
Stress and very little time to stop to eat tends to do that.
But it's my weekend off and I'm not answering the phone.3 -
