Goals/Day/Comments: Although MFP says I burned over 2,000 calories during exercise, I'm inclined to believe that is overly generous, based on what I've seen over time. There's only two possibilities: either I'm consuming more calories than I'm burning, or I'm gaining more muscle mass than I am losing fat mass.

We got back from Punta Cana late yesterday. I did my best trying to watch my calories and macros while there. I did not do great, hence the gain but I think it is so much better than it could have been had I not been mindful of my eating. I still indulged in some Dominican specialties but I also walked and drank ALOT of water.
I ready to get back on track. Next Friday's weigh in will be alot better.

I had also eaten breakfast by accident before weighing.
Is anyone else working today on Christmas day, I'm working everyday.
I was set for Xmas eve off but ended up working.
10 days in a row.
Even agreed to do an extra call tonight to cover for an ill carer, the reason I worked yesterday.
