    Yeah, even though I haven't lost all my strength gains from my EPIC II break I can tell I lost some but it was the ones I had made in only the last two weeks of the EPIC I program. Good to know that I'll regain them more quickly when I return to it. I'm still doing some upper body weights a couple of times a week so that should at least help.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No :( went over by 5 calories! overall deficit 1324 cals though from exercise... oh well!
