    1/14 exercise:
    12,046 steps + 1 hour Orangetheory (25 minutes treadmill + 35 minutes rowing, weightlifting, and stretching. Fitbit gave me 4,646 steps for this)

    Was hoping for a bit more but happy with this loss. It has been a pretty crazy week with the family taking turns having covid. I haven't caught it yet which is a miracle considering i've had nightly visits from feverish kids who end up in my bed till morning. I'm bracing myself for when it hits me and how I will manage. 1 day at a time....

    Yup! Sorry for the delay. Please carry over my weight from last week. My scale needs readjusting before I believe it. It’s possibly time for a new battery since it told me one amazing number (6 lbs down) and then, 10 lbs higher a moment later.
    It’s too cold to sit up and type but tomorrow afternoon, I’ll get on to report in about 10, 15, and 20. :-)

    I can't remember the last date that I included my exercises and steps.

    1/10: 23 minutes weightlifting + 30 minutes elliptical + 8329 steps
    1/11: 33 minutes weightlifting + 30 minutes elliptical + 82 minutes yoga + 6863 steps
    1/12: 50 minute walk + 7723 steps
    1/13: 23 minutes weightlifting + 30 minutes elliptical + 7906 steps
    1/14: 37 minute walk + 30 minute elliptical + 12774 steps
    1/15: 2675 steps

    I lost weight Sunday & Monday, and that’s unusual because I love my nachos. I counted my chips, & I was successful.

    I spent the rest of the week at 156.5. 5 days! How can I plateau? I’m just starting! We’ll, I usually have soup for lunch. I did deli meat sandwiches for dinner, & deli meat has so much sodium. Last night, I did 1/2 the deli meat & added regular chicken breast for a loss. I will make sodium adjustments for next week. I have less than 1200mg of sodium per day, but this week I was over 2000. I had a calorie deficit of 250-350 per day, so I was expecting a loss.

    Steps for last week. I didn't get my walk in Saturday like I wanted, but even at 2k steps that's more than I've been trending on the weekends so I'll take it.

    My son has 2 friends sleep over for his birthday and we had pizza last night. I went over calories for sure, but thankfully not by too much. Today has been good so far. After his friends left my son and I went to the library to pick out a book for his book report then we came home and had lunch and went through some recipes together to meal plan for the week.
