@rawrxamberx You are not backwards, I also do better on my work days than non-work days. AKA weekends. LOL It used to be because I only ate what I brought to work with me, I never hit up the vending or soda machines and have no problem declining leftover birthday cake / donuts in the breakroom. Teleworking is making it a bit more challenging as I now have access to my full kitchen all. day. long. It isn't too bad because I still prep my lunches for the week on Sunday. I grill a package of chicken breast and have some of that along with a salad every day for lunch. I'm good until around 2:30-3:00 when the munchies set in
My problem is the weekend. My grilled chicken is gone by then and we sometimes grab lunch while we're out doing our Saturday trash dump / Lowe's / Walmart / grocery run. Incidentally, that is why my weigh-in day is on Friday. Friday is typically my lowest weight of the week. Even if I stay within my calories, one high-carb / high sodium day (I'm looking at you Panera!) can put me up 2-3 lbs. Success to me is weighing the same on Monday as I do on Friday. LOL

Because my heart rate was elevated it seemed like Fitbit doubled my active minutes. But I digress.. will have to wait and see how my end of week results look at weigh in.

I'm pretty frustrated saying I've been really on track this month but I'm not going to let it bring me down. I took today off from the gym and just had to have a stress free day. Went to Kohls and bought some new workout tops saying my others are too big, spent some time with my mom, and made some homemade pizza... my shirts being too big are part of the reason why I won't let this week get me down. I think stress at work, my TOM coming and lack of sleep this week essentially took its toll on the scales this week.4
