Hi group! I just signed up for the Feb UAC and am a newbie. I saw the invitation to join the last few days of Jan UAC and thought, why wait 'til Feb 1st? :) Tell me if I'm not doing this right...! I'll backlog as many days as I can before Feb UAC starts, too.

Exercise 20+ mins: yes, 49 mins walking, 15 mins weight training (steps=12,003)
    Track everything consumed: yes
Stayed within calorie budget: yes, under

Exactly right! (level of exercise detailing is personal preference - but fun and inspiring for the rest if SOME detail is included as you did here)

Jan 26 - checking in but haven't been logging or exercising. On a bright note, I am keeping my January mantra of not letting perfect be the enemy of good.

@WhatMeRunning I'm jsut reading back a bit and trying to catch up. So sorry to hear you caught shingles; my goodness you've been having a tough go of it. Bad luck on catching it just before your vaccine appointment but good that you got in right away to get it treated. Hope you have a speedy recovery!
