    I changed my activity setting in MFP to more accurately reflect my amount of activity. I also switched up my workouts a bit. My clothes still feel normal, so there's that!! Anyway, I'm just not concerned, yet, about seeing my weight go up this week.

    Its a small loss but I'll take it, I've been going up and down all week so just happy to be finishing the week slightly down. Thanks everyone for your words of encouragement. I've been stuck in a negative downward spiral since all the holiday eating. Really wanting to turn it around in Feb. So hard not to pack it all in as soon as you gain a bit a weight.

    I'm so inspired by everyone here dealing with injuries and pain yet still smashing your exercise and step goals.

    @rwood566 I'm totally lost for words, your loss to date is out if this world, what an incredible journey!

    Here's hoping I can get back on track for Feb.

    hey guys! last update of the month, I'm so sorry it's late!

    another gain this week :( my body is suffering a lot- my knee is still giving me issues and I am just in pain a lot- my legs are also holding on to a lot of water.

    CW 215.2

    I was really hoping to finish the month strong but my body just said "no thanks" lol

    here is to another fresh month coming up!!

    I don't want to go much below 230 until I can actually see a Dr. Not a video call. I am worried about going to low since I have a lot of useless weight - excess skin.

    Hi Im sorry was awol for a bit ...so sorry @lindamtuck2018 my wi is late ...had a bad week and I really cant get into this struggling atm...yesterday I went back to the gym managed to stick to my calories and really going to focus this week to stay on track ...i will take one day at a time and go right back to basics hugss all ... This is going to be my year!

    Echoing similar thoughts on food recently. Weighed this morning to check how I was doing, the scale hasn't moved in like 3 weeks, if anything a 0.2-0.4 gain so far...like I don't understand, the scale defo needs a kick!! Weird how it's stalled early. When I was on prep last time I dropped weight each week pretty much without fail.

    For these moments, just makes you question like why have I even bothered 😂. I guess it kinda makes me nervous if having stalled a bit so soon and I think it's also the fact probably going to get meals out soon with friends so I know when I have those it's likely gonna stall things more. I know there's a bigger picture in it all and it'll eventually come back off but yeah, I hear you everyone!
