Fantastic loss! What changes have you made that is helping you with your weight loss?2 -
@tuxado
I hope your blood pressure is down today. I understand the stress eating as I am definitely an emotional eater. Let us know how you are doing today.2 -

I went to the pool yesterday. My workout was shorter than the rest of the week. The pool is very warm now, 87 F compared to 79 F earlier in the week. I find it hard to do exercise with the pool that warm. They are in the process of cooling it down. Today I am planning to do a shorter workout again.5 -

We've completed another week, folks! And with some awesome numbers up on the spreadsheet, we've set ourselves up to have a successful month. Can we do it again next week? Can we do even better?
Take a look at last week's results in the links below:

Happy Sunday, Downsizers! Here's my check-in:
3/5:
Calories: 1,019
Exercise: 25 minutes elliptical and 25 minutes strength training class
Steps: 10,351
I was so busy with the humane society adoption stand yesterday that I didn't get as many calories as I should - I was eating on the fly so I chose a fat-free yogurt and fresh fruit for lunch - I feel ok about it because in the past, I would have grabbed fast food - so this was a NSV of sorts for me. I was so tired by the end of the day that I ended up falling asleep early - and slept for 10.5 hours! I see we've had a lot of weight losses this week - congrats to all of you! I hope you are all having a great day!!3 -

Last week's no sweet challenge: Monday, I put some chocolate chips on my pancakes. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, no sweets! Friday and Saturday, had some wine so I'm counting that as a sweet And added some chocolate to my popcorn Saturday.
Overall, I'm glad I took on this challenge as it made me more aware of those times I'm actually craving chocolate versus when I'm just bored.

Motivational quote for me:
Life is to short to take seriously.
SMART goal: I will stop eating when I go to bed. This is big for me since I have been grabbing stuff to munch on after I lie down. M&Ms, trail mix, hard candies. Not much, but every night. It needs to stop.3
