Did a whopping 9,000 steps at work which I felt like I hadn’t reached in awhile but also I don’t have my phone on me all the time (my method counting my steps). Today I had it with me the entire day and I was like yuppp. For me that’s a big deal because I feel that I’m pretty sedentary esp on my days off.6

Monday has flown by here - lots of errands, practicing, and not very many steps or exercise. It is icy and rainy, so walking in the woods or snowshoeing is not very wonderful. It will get cold again but I am headed tomorrow for Montreal, and then down to North Carolina! It will be a lot warmer there, and hopefully I will be able to get more steps in.
@wendydpromos - so glad you're back on the horse! Logging sure makes a difference.
@collegelyfe17 there's a beautiful step count! keep that phone on you so you always have steps to brag about
@ashleycarole86 I hope your work crisis is done and dusted. Gotta sweep those right out the door!
Here is the weigh-in due list through Tuesday:

SORRY!! Images are not working on my end - not sure why?? I noticed it earlier today and thought it was someone else's problem but it seems to be affecting me whether I try to post or others do.
Hope you can read that.. it's not pretty but I don't have a lot of time to mess around.
 Great work everyone!!5

            Morning Lovelies,
Just jumping on for a little rant!
Don't you just hate it when your exercise tracker refuses to recognise the effort you're using for strength workouts???
I have just spent an hour working out my arms. Admittedly I was using light weights (3kg) as I am still building up my strength after my recent hiatus. But still! My tracker had me down as less than 30 calories!
 Oh well, rant over!
And a good snippet of news - 1 - I have started IF again. 2 - I have had NO snacks for 3 days!
Have a super day, and Happy International Women's Day 💖 💕 to the ladies.

After a blowout on Sunday which I decided to allow, and have it as a free from logging day...it dragged out to Monday (combined with some stressful family argument). Starting fresh again today. Lots of good food choices prepped and some of those devilish temptations are now gone.4

            Tuesday Weigh-in
 PW: 244.7
 CW: 236.6
This drop feels a bit disingenuous since I must have been bloating from vacation & time of the month last week for it to have come off as easily as it did. But trying to catch a wave through March if I can now!
@YinxFed I am totally with you. I hate when I'm doing a workout video and realize that there will be moves in plank position like mountain climbers or something because my fitbit (and maybe all monitors) doesn't accurately track heart rate when I drop to the floor like that. Something about the angle and blood pumping down instead of up/out..? And those moves are HARD!! (man, I hate mountain climbers ) )
I had a topsy turvy Monday. Definitely some stress and urge to snack/binge snuck in, so I had a way bigger lunch than planned. However, I was reading a really good book that took several crazy turns (The Southern Book Club's Guide to Slaying Vampires by Grady Hendrix) and I got so absorbed, I completely missed dinner. When I finished the book, I was so wired (around 9:15pm) I did a workout for 30 min and had an apple before going to bed. Weird way to start the week but I'll take it!5

            3/7 exercise:
 9213 steps + 31 minutes Peloton
Interesting convo on the exercise trackers and the frustrations! I have been managing okay with mine so far.. I am pretty happy with the Garmin Venu 2! I also got a chest heart rate monitor for the bike and I've noticed it's much more accurate. It does feel crappy when the data we're relying on to be successful isn't working the way we want.1

There's gotta be one person here just dying to chime in with their admission that mountain climbers are their favorite 3 3

Anyone living with family or people with 2 different diet lifestyles? It’s cramping my intermittent fasting goals. I need to do better lol4

Yep. I like mountain climbers. But do NOT talk to me about burpees or squat thrusts or any of that mess! Mountain climbers are fun though, really! I figure they take all the boredom out of planks.
I had a great number of steps today, to make up for my lazy yesterday. I got to Montreal and walked from the bus station to the where I was meeting friends for dinner instead of taking the metro. It was cold and windy, but the sidewalks were mostly clear and dragging my suitcase surely added a bit of burn to my steps! Mind you, I had fried calamari for dinner - just an appetizer with a salad, but there was a lot! And I ate it all Now I have to get ready to bug out of here by 4:45 am, so off to bed soon! No biking tonight... Now I have to get ready to bug out of here by 4:45 am, so off to bed soon! No biking tonight...

CW 280.3. I feel stuck. Going to change it up...water aerobics this morning. Never would have considered wearing a bathing suit in front of someone but I'm about to do just that.7

I felt wretched this morning after a bad night's sleep, so I had to skip out of my weekly forest walk. However, I decided to walk into town and run some errands, so I got a walk in anyway. And I live in a pretty hilly town, so I got quite a burn!3

            Hi all, happy hump day
I got home yesterday and am trying to get back into the swing of things. I did get on the scales this morning and I might be at my highest weight so far this year. Was a little surprised and hopeful that a big chunk of it is water retention as I didn't think I'd eaten too badly overall.
Today I'm simply trying to get through work as I'm pretty tired. I find it funny that I want a holiday to recover from my holiday - though I would also like to get on top of chores/routine, as I was rushing around before going away and didn't leave things as I would've liked to come back to them. OH and I went for a walk at lunch time, and I had toyed with running after work but I think that would finish me off. Instead I will get the resistance bands out for 5-10 minutes to start waking a few muscle groups up ready to get back into training.4

            3/8 exercise:
 10168 steps
Took a rest day from other exercise yesterday as I knew I was going to have a super hard workout on the Peloton this morning. And boy did it kick my butt!!
Dinner out with two work colleagues celebrating milestone birthdays this week. I have had a really great week so far so I'm expecting a fantastic result for weigh-in tomorrow despite a planned maintenance day today.
