 Under Calories: No, mom and I got milkshakes. Was not going to at first but Girl Scouts in our area did not have tagalongs this year, issues with suppliers, so instead of cookies treated myself to a milkshake

 Was going to do strength training after lunch but got into a project. Our congregation is going back to meeting in person instead of zoom next month so soon I can no longer get away with wearing overly baggy clothes. Went through my closet and dresser, pulled some more things that were too big and then went through a storage tub and took out/washed clothes that now fit again! Trying on so many clothes was exercise by itself2

 me and don't know how to get pass this stage2
