    Hearing you guys talk about your knees makes me glad I took good care of my knees while I was in the military. They laughed at me for buying expensive running shoes and having a short stride in my running. It looks like it paid off. :smile:

    I hope all you guys recovering from surgery or struggling with injury heal quickly.

    I tore my knee up at the age of 18. My knee cap ended up on the backside of my knee. I had reconstructive surgery as I had tore all the ligaments on the interior portion of the knee. Makes me queasy to think about it. Dave you are Rocking recovery! It took me years to get mobility back.

    Great meme, Dean! So true! :lol: I wore good, expensive running shoes all during and since my military days, but running and everything else must've finally just caught up with me. :)
