What are you doing to stay accountable?

Sometimes it's quite hard to stay committed and accountable to clean eating. Looking to know what you guys are doing to stay committed.

  • I'm using mfp to track my calories and DietPeeps for diet accountability since I have to send a photo of every meal I'm having.

    Almond,
    We are blessed to live on the ocean!
    So we have fresh fish, several days a week we goto the vegetable market.
    We try to stay on the whole food path!

    However, periodically I’ll have a can of processed food!
    I know it’s not “clean” but the next day I get back on track!

    I checked it out. It looks quite interesting I'll let you know what I think about it after a while.

    Almond not sure what exercises you’re into but find a challenge. Anything really and start slow. Try a week challenge to get out doors everyday for a 30 min walk rain or shine. Or go gangbusters and do the 75 days hard challenge. Let me know how it goes

    I keep trying new things! New types of food, new recipes. I also eat pretty seasonally so that clean produce tastes so so good!

    I have to track my carbs due to diabetes and have just started using a continuous glucose monitor. I think the monitor helps a lot with my clean eating, as I don't want the high glucose alarm to go off.

    Also, when I do have something that isn't clean, I just put that in my rear view mirror, and keep going forward in a positive manner.

    Move forward with no guilt!
