*Sigh. Iβm not sure what Iβm doing wrong here. Iβve literally worked out everyday this month with only missing 2 days of working out. I drink at least 64oz of water daily and Iβm trying to aim at doubling that. Not to mention, my eating habits are wayyyy better.
Iβm lost. Iβve gained more weight with exercising and eating healthy than I did with eating whatever. Iβll try to keep motivated so I wonβt mess up closing my ring streak on my apple watch.
Starting tomorrow, my plan is to drink smoothies, tea, and water while snacking on fruits and nuts for the next 3 days.
β¦Or maybe I need to stop doing a βquick dietβ because I see this dramatic weight loss then I try to workout and eat healthy and I gain it all
back. π€ I just donβt know what else to do.
don't lose heart...it could be as simple as gaining muscle mass...at some point the number on a scale means nothing...if you're doing everything right, just keep at it...its for the long run, not just for those lbs to lose now and gain back later. Do a BIA (using one of those fancy weight machines that can give body composition) and track that...it should help show if there is change (more muscle, more water retention) or just plateauing, in which case you need to change thing diet and training wise.2 -

Wow!!! Ok, so I didnβt quite meet my March goal (150 lbs) but Iβm definitely close. What Iβve done to lose from the extra weight gained I put on during the week of the 20th was green smoothies. I made green smoothies for breakfast, lunch, and dinner while snacking on fruits and almonds in between. I would also drink at least 16 cups of water/day.
On days when I felt like those smoothies just wasnβt enough then I would replace one of my smoothies for a healthy meal. This way I didnβt deny myself and I also continued to workout. Nothing major but just low impact workouts. I wanted to keep moving.
Overall, Iβm happy with my progress and I will
continue to keep pushing forward.

I feel like this is going to end up a bigger loss since I weighed in directly after a carb overloaded night. Hosted a poker party and made chicken/yellow rice and black beans (side of beer, sugary cokes and mini Cubans from Publixπ€¦π»ββοΈ) I just really need to stay focused this week and try not to get out of control with my nephewβs birthday party coming up on Sunday.
