    I feel like this is going to end up a bigger loss since I weighed in directly after a carb overloaded night. Hosted a poker party and made chicken/yellow rice and black beans (side of beer, sugary cokes and mini Cubans from PublixπŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈ) I just really need to stay focused this week and try not to get out of control with my nephew’s birthday party coming up on Sunday.
