Wow!!! Ok, so I didnβt quite meet my March goal (150 lbs) but Iβm definitely close. What Iβve done to lose from the extra weight gained I put on during the week of the 20th was green smoothies. I made green smoothies for breakfast, lunch, and dinner while snacking on fruits and almonds in between. I would also drink at least 16 cups of water/day.
On days when I felt like those smoothies just wasnβt enough then I would replace one of my smoothies for a healthy meal. This way I didnβt deny myself and I also continued to workout. Nothing major but just low impact workouts. I wanted to keep moving.
Overall, Iβm happy with my progress and I will
continue to keep pushing forward.

I feel like this is going to end up a bigger loss since I weighed in directly after a carb overloaded night. Hosted a poker party and made chicken/yellow rice and black beans (side of beer, sugary cokes and mini Cubans from Publixπ€¦π»ββοΈ) I just really need to stay focused this week and try not to get out of control with my nephewβs birthday party coming up on Sunday.
