    Who am I?
    I am a person who values the health and fitness of my body, mind, and spirit.

    I have been working on creating/adapting habits which support my identity. It’s a work in progress.

    This month I am focused on keeping my CI fat %age at a healthy level.

    Who am I? I am me a unique individual who wants to be as healthy and happy as possible. What will I do? Continue to exercise, to eat healthy foods and to challenge my mind.

    Tracked logged and completed rowing almost at 1 mile in under 11:30 still a ways go but working on it. Also did some morning meditation a good way to start the day

    Way more! Did a 5K charity walk this morning!

    Yes but barely. Ice cream, chocolate hob nob cookies and a big plate of Thai noodles keep it close.

    Yes I did!

    Other
    I feel exhausted after the long walk this morning. My knees are hurting a bit and I’m wondering if I’ll be able to do a similarly long walk tomorrow as planned. Otherwise, all is good!

    Thank you for this. I am going to echo your identity statement.

    I am a person who values the health and fitness of my mind, body and spirit.

    One small change I can make this week to move forward to support this identity is to eat within my calorie budget. I will aim to be successful this week for a minimum of 5 out of 7 days.

    Other things I can do are:
    1) I will book more treatment for plantar fasciitis.
    2)I will book an eye appointment.
