I just threw a pair of New Balance away now to make my current Hoka’s last until I order another pair or get to the closet Hoka dealer in Lake Placid .
Second almost full day of whole food plant based attempt. Did a good risotto from scratch with roasted cannellini beans and pesto very filling good dinner finished with a cutie orange. Exercise was plenty of yard work which incorporated plenty of stretching.
