Hi I am looking for fitnesspals! Currently focusing on improving diet and consistent exercise including strength, HIIT, and running. I’m trying to get back in shape after slacking off for some time. This is part of improving my self care routine.

Hello @CharityJinell and everyone. I’m also working on getting back in shape and back to healthier eating habits.
My goal for now it to log whatever I eat everyday and focus less on limiting myself. The last time I was successful with MFP, I realized that simply logging all I ate created an awareness that caused behavior change. I started eating less.
So far I’ve logged in 6 days in a row. Here’s looking forward to logging in tomorrow too!12 -
