Weekly summary: exercised 2 days + gardening a 3rd; not as good as I would have liked with tracking & staying under calorie goal, but cleaned out my fridge and did a healthy grocery run this week, now have lots of veggies, lean proteins, etc to help me on this journey. Now, just have to not let work stress derail me and up my exercise. Being sedentary due to desk job is a killer - some days, I've only walked 3000 steps by the end of the day per Fitbit!
