@jamcnewman - my husband and I were sitting on our porch Monday having this exact “jungle” conversation. We live on 3 heavily wooded acres and it’s beautiful and secluded, but it’s a constant battle to keep the areas around the house from taking over. I love being out there working on it, but it never ends!

My treadmill is 21 years old and has never been lubricated. I’ll check the manual to see if there are any instructions related to that. Thanks.

10 min kettlebell workout—I was proud of.
I was over but logged food. Working on capturing every “BLT” (bite lick taste)
Also working on fasting zone/not eating too late (within 2 hrs before bed) and not having caffeine 12hr before bed time.
