I am grumpy today. People were setting off fireworks until 1am. I am still not feeling the greatest. The couch and my bottle of NyQuil will be my friend today. Hopefully, I feel well enough to go tomorrow.5 -

Good evening everyone. I hope you all are having a good week.
Calories - 2194. I worked hard to curtail my snacking so far. Now for my late night fight. Last night I had to eat some peanut butter sandwich crackers since I was popping pills all night for a huge headache.

I am going on my trip today. I am not 100% but feeling a bit better. I used today’s weight for my weekly weigh in. I am up which doesn’t surprise me. I always gain when I get sick.5 -

After traveling for work last week, it could have been a lot worse - LOL. I'm glad to be home and back on track - eating at restaurants was very challenging for me.

Good evening. I know I’m super late in weighing in and giving my steps. Here are my numbers:

My steps were not good, so I’m going to discard last week - I’m late contributing anyways.
Here’s the real reason I’m writing in right now: I went to dinner and drinks with my coworkers, and my belly is SO FULL. Uncomfortably so.
School is ending soon - I.e. THIS FRIDAY. I am challenging myself to 3 miles on the treadmill at least 3 times a week. It’s so hot that walking outside is not likely, but I CAN turn on my TV while walking on the treadmill. I have to do something. I think I can do it.5 -

Good morning all you happy, shining people. Those of you who aren't happy and shining first thing in the morning can go get another coffee. Lol
Check in for 5/25:
Calories - 2315 or so. High for me but I have to get used to it for now. Nutritionist scolded me. I wasn't eating enough for healing. Only saving grace is I am taking a multi vitamin. She wants me around 2300 cal. Also 90-100 grams protein while I was getting around 60. THANK YOU to whomever pointed my increased protein needs out a few days ago. I have forgotten who wrote it but remembered it for the meeting.
I did a longer walk last night, slowly and slightly limping from the tube. It felt good to stretch it out. 4 blocks. Bad thing is me stopping to shop in a middle eastern bakery along the way.
