I hope everyone who gets one is enjoying their long weekend and doing their best to stay on track (I'm doing well at the first part, less well at the second part).
Getting towards the end of the month, so same ask as yesterday:

I have found content creation to not take much time and be very rewarding - you get to ask whatever question you are wondering about and have the wisdom of the group to help you out! It's like private coaching from so many wise and generous people. Cheerleading is also a very helpful role. Especially as @Mrs_Hoffer continues to be busy with offline life and many other people have summer busyness as well, it's important that we all pitch in.0 -

Exercise – yes, bike ride, gym and cardio.

Got back in the gym today – but didn’t push too hard.
Weigh-in this morning was 49.7 kg – just 1 kg higher than before the holiday.
Friday morning weigh-in was 50.6 kg but of course travelling – especially flying – leads to fluid retention (and err .. digestive tract contents retention … )

Held steady for weight over holiday weekend minimal work today shopping for some much needed pool supplies we were low as we didn’t open it last year due to house renovation. Such limited supplies out there.

I will be a champion this month. My social event got canceled tonight because our guests were just notified that they had a close Covid exposure. However, two events tomorrow and I pre-logged what I think I'll consume and I'm already way over so tomorrow will be a pass.3 -

Thinking of you and your husband Stella. I remember you posting that he was to have surgery on the 18th and have kept you in my thoughts. My 60th birthday!

I didn't intend to take another pass day this month but my partners niece and her husband and two kids were here for a day (they're traveling around multiple states for a couple of weeks) so we took them out for lunch and dinner today which I'm sure completely exceeded my calories. I didn't keep track. But it was nice to see them so well worth it.
Tomorrow will be a salad heavy day.3 -

Exercise: Did 15 minutes of MommaStrong in the morning and 10 minutes of stretching at night. I spent a few hours at the lake with the kids but I don't think any of that was exercise, just standing around with my feet in the water.
Tracking: Pre-planned the day
Calories: Did not exactly follow the plan. Nibbled on kids' food at lunch. Also forgot to pre-plan a snack and so ate chocolate pudding (?!) Just shows how necessary preplanning is for me!
But I will say one success is that Sunday morning I prepped 2 salads. I brought one to the party we went to on Sunday, and the other I brought to the beach on Monday in case we ate out for lunch. We wound up bringing the food home because it was very hot, but it still helped me to have a salad all ready. So that was a success and one I will try to repeat throughout the summer. I actually think I may do more prepping picnics to eat at the beach because getting takeout on the way home was very annoying and had a lot of whining. The kids were happy with the food but whined about the waiting probably more than they would have whined about the sandwiches at the beach. Trying to learn how to do this summer thing.2 -
