You are invited to check us out...

The Ultimate Accountability Challenge (UAC) provides both weight losers and maintainers with incredible accountability partners AND an emphasis on life-changing healthy basic habits.

This is not the flash-in-the-pan 'biggest anything" short-term challenge. This is the real deal!! We are a non-commercial volunteer group with a proven track record of significant team member success.

We enthusiastically welcome our returning veterans and newcomers too!

The accountability is a daily report of:
1) More than 20 minutes of daily exercise;
2) Tracking the caloric intake of both food and beverage;
3) Consuming no more than your chosen limit of daily calories
4) Reporting of your fulfillment of the above (daily, or every other day).

A non-fulfillment of any of the above equals a Pass Day. There are 3 Pass Days allowed per month.

Those who end the month with 3 or less Pass days are celebrated in the monthly Winner's Circle Qualification!!

This group emphasizes long-term changes, but you can sign up for one month at a time.

    UAC is a great place for encouragement and support. I have been a member since 2017, and it has been a factor in my achieving maintenance and sticking to it since 2019.

    Fulfil the accountability requirements and join the Winners’ Circle. We have 3 pass days to help with unforeseen circumstances.

    Used up more than 3 pass days? Consistently log each day and join our Champions.

    Reciprocal support is welcomed, but not obligatory. We know not everyone has unlimited free time.

    Try it out! What have you got to lose?

    I have been part of UAC since August of 2021 (I think) and I have learned so much about how to lose weight and keep it off and just keep the right attitude towards food and life from the wisdom of this group. It is very supportive and educational whether you are achieving the goals or not. Please join us!

    UAC literally changed my life! A group of like minded people who cheer me on support and encourage me. There is never any judgement when you slip up. The 3 simple rules of UAC are surprisingly hard but when achieved you get results. I have been a member for probably almost 2 years and I just love it! Give UAC a shot and trust me when I say you won't regret it!!!

    I first joined MFP in August 2021 and found this group within days. I count my good fortune as this group of kind supportive individuals have really helped me keep focused and engaged in my wellness journey.

    I have lost 57 pounds so far. Knowing that every day I have a place to “report in” has truly helped keep me accountable to my promise. For some of us, just having that place to say, “yes, I tracked, kept within my calorie range, and purposefully got a little bit of exercise” is key to continuing to be successful.

    You don’t need to weigh in each week (I don’t) or report your loss (or gain), your highest weight, or any of those metrics. You just need to keep with us and commit to self reporting personal accountability. Give it a try? It really works.

    Are you looking for accountability? Are you struggling? Are you confuse? Are you feeling defeated? UAC is made up of a group of like minded people who have gone through all these and more.

    We have learned to achieve our goals through 3 basic simple rules.

    1) More than 20 minutes of daily exercise;
    2) Tracking the caloric intake of both food and beverage;
    3) Consuming no more than your chosen limit of daily calories

    The limit of these rules are set by you. Some of us are losing, maintaining, and some are trying to gain!
    It is a very supportive, non-judgmental group; the best in MFP. I am so happy to have found it 4 years ago.

    Come join us and try it out for June. You will be happy you did!
