Weigh In Day: Monday 6/6
PW (Previous Weight): 328
CW (Current Weight): 326
Not great when weekly weigh-in is the morning after I was out partying with friends at a concert . . . but a good time was had by all!
I'm not too worried about the number on the scale right now. I'm getting back into better habits and that's what's important. The weight will come off if I keep this up.

6/5: 7380 steps (13 heart points)
6/5 was a "pass" day for me, so was a little surprised I had that many steps.

WELL DONE EVERYONE4 -
@lindamtuck2018 - It's technically still Monday... though it is after 10:30 pm.
PW:195
CW: 195 Hmmm.... maintaining was not really the plan. Since my glass is almost always half full, at least I didn't gain weight. Hopefully this week will be better.
06/06 Steps: 5715.
I'm in Texas, summer is here and she ain't playin'. Fridays forecast is sunny and 100 which means it will feel like 110. It's supposed to be 99 through the rest of the weekend. It's too early for this. Anyone else ridiculously hot already?4 -

Yes! It keeps crashing and slowing things down, doesn’t add much functionality that I can tell on my phone at least. Wish they’d test these things a bit more before releasing them3 -

Good evening all. Mondays suck.
Still have my drain. They put betadine in my leg to try to develop some scarring to slow down the drainage. They will do it again next Monday if needed. If it doesn't work after that then they will start to worry. I got the OK to shower finally.
Calories - about 2000. I was hoping for more but I ate enough for dessert.2 -
Happy Tuesday, Downsizers!
@MadDuck62 The good news is that you still lost weight! Great going!
@aactuallyaash Great steps!
@nite_0wl I'm in Richmond, VA and it's in the 90s here - and starting to get humid!
@Cheesy567 @lindamtuck2018 What is this new dashboard you are talking about - all of my stuff looks the same...
@rwood566 You are such a trooper - I'm praying that they are able to take that last drain out soon!
All is well here - I'm taking my mother to some appointments today - getting old is not for sissies! I'm back on plan with my eating - but not with my exercise - hope to get back on track with that this week - I've just been so exhausted that I don't have the energy.
I hope you all have a wonderful day!

This is the most I have moved since getting sick. Hopefully today will be even better! The upside is even though I have had more carbs, especially sugar since being sick my weight is below 225. Probably won’t stay there but it was nice to see my scale could do that!4 -
We are off to go walking ...Be back later3

1750 meters this morning. It was a great work out. Noticed how swollen my foot was trying to put on my training fins for 300 meters of dolphin kick on my back.
Yesterday I was gardening and trimming hedges when I hit a wasp nest. I am allergic to honey so yes to get a sting is scary. Antihistamines, inhaler and ice pack.I was good but I didn't realize how swollen my foot was this morning because I wore sandals. Now that I am home I see it is red and as the hours pass the rash seems to be growing. I hope this is not going to be like last year and it be this way until they decide to give me a round of oral steroids. So again mega doses antihistamine and topical steroids. Hopefully this wil not impact my vacation that starts Wednesday.
Ouch! I hope you can avoid the steroids.gharvey2753 wrote: »Weigh in gharvey2753

Ok week not 100% sticking to 1600 calories and having a good bbq with nice weather so all in all not bad. Need to go well next few weeks as looking for a holiday soon. 165ibs by then would be nice.
Stick to your goals and you can do it.Megan_smartiepants1970 wrote: »Just got back from our walk ... it was nice since everyone is out for summer break ... My daughter isn't out until this Friday then she will be a Senior in HS come August ...Where does time go? anyway we walked 123 minutes ...5.09 miles with a 629 calorie burn
Your recipe looks delicious. Time does go fast. My granddaughter is entering her last year of high school the fall. Makes me feel old. Great walk. Well done on your first line with the bingo.888Angie888 wrote: »Steps 6/5: 11,646
Awesome steps!Back from vacation. Went in and weigh myself. Only gained a pound, which considering how much beer and food I had is a victory haha. Thank God for all the walking we did. Drunkin Popeyes chicken at 2am it turns out isn't good for you. Back to the pool tomorrow.
A pound after vacation is reasonable. It won’t take long to shed that.4 -

Two pounds is a very good loss. Imagine what it would have been without the party. Developing good habits is way more important than the numbers on the scales.aactuallyaash wrote: »

I am sorry they never took the drain out yet. That first shower after surgery is like heaven.Morethanjustanumber wrote: »@Megan_smartiepants1970

I hope your mom is on the mend. Great job on getting back on track.
I think the dashboard thing is part of the app. It locks up on me. It is hit and miss getting to my diary and the newsfeed. I read that apple health is not syncing anymore with the app. Hopefully, they fix that one soon.4 -
