    You are doing so well with the bingo. I am impressed that your daughter gets up so early to walk with you.

    Thanks ...she loves it as much as I do ... :) Now that she will be out of school tomorrow we will also be using our pool :)

    Anyone have any exciting plans for Summer? Tomorrow is my daughter's last day of school..I still can't believe she will be a Senior in HS in August ... She will have an easy year..She will have English, History, electives and your Vet. Science ..I told her she could take a month off when she graduates then we will sign her up for Veterinarian classes at the local college :)

    Another good bingo day! That’s good your daughter will be a vet. Saves you money on vet fees. My count down for my Newfoundland vacation has started. It is in less than 4 weeks. Next week I go to Niagara Falls for a couple of days for my birthday. End of July, I am heading to the states for a few days of shopping. Busy 1.5 months.

    I am not sure if I should celebrate the loss as I have mostly ate toast since Monday because of the nausea. Will have to see what next week brings.

    Of course we should celebrate the loss ... Being in Onderland is a celebration so CONGRATSSSSSSS!!!!!

    *Did 20 jumping jacks
    *20 minutes of stretching
    *Measure your meals for 3 days
    *Share a NSV ( I am in a large shirt instead of a 3x )

    I only have one more to check off tomorrow then I will have the bingo card completed :) I have enjoyed playing bingo this week :)

    Calories - 2260. I feel it's high for me but I know I have to get used to it for maintenance.
    I think I will be getting my tube out Monday. It is looking like it's clogged. Ugh.

    Thank you. Swimming is great exercise. You work so many different muscles. Great job making steps to have a good week.

    I am sure it is a big adjustment to eating at maintenance. I have never reached maintenance but I am sure it’s trial and error until you find the correct calories. There is a maintenance chat within the group. I am on my phone right now but when I get to my tablet later I will post the link.
