Anyone have any exciting plans for Summer? Tomorrow is my daughter's last day of school..I still can't believe she will be a Senior in HS in August ... She will have an easy year..She will have English, History, electives and your Vet. Science ..I told her she could take a month off when she graduates then we will sign her up for Veterinarian classes at the local college0

Another good bingo day! That’s good your daughter will be a vet. Saves you money on vet fees. My count down for my Newfoundland vacation has started. It is in less than 4 weeks. Next week I go to Niagara Falls for a couple of days for my birthday. End of July, I am heading to the states for a few days of shopping. Busy 1.5 months.

I am not sure if I should celebrate the loss as I have mostly ate toast since Monday because of the nausea. Will have to see what next week brings.

I made it to the pool but it was not as energetic as my usual workout. Not sure about today as I have no energy.2 -

I upped my steps for the week and made sure I got myself to the pool everyday.2 -

I am sure it is a big adjustment to eating at maintenance. I have never reached maintenance but I am sure it’s trial and error until you find the correct calories.
