Good evening all. It's the weekend. Woohoo.
Calories 2480. Large lasagna but good dinner. Still have to eat lots of snacks to reach 2400.
Went for a short walk tonight. Only about 1.5 miles. Looking forward to getting this out and getting cleared for long walks and full gym.

Awesome steps this week. Dancing is a fun way to get steps and burn calories.

I hope so! I am eager to start my maintenance journey. Just need to focus. Great job on the walk. Baby steps as you are recovering from major surgery.

Nice loss! Anything you did this week to help turn your week around?

Here is a recipe I am going to try this week. I haven’t tried this yet.

    Better than fried chicken
    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
    1 cup of Greek yogurt
    1tsp garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp seasoning salt
    1/2 tsp pepper

    Spread mixture over chicken breast
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes

Summary of week for bingo square

This was a great week for weight loss but terrible for exercise. I was off my game because of the stomach issues and low energy. I only exercised 3 days and 2 of them were lower key than normal. I hit onderland which is very exciting. I have learned this week I have to lower my calories more than previous weeks but obviously eat more than I have been this week. I saw a doctor last night. She is concerned I might have an ulcer. I have to go for some test including an endoscopy. I have started an additional stomach pill so I am hoping I get some relief soon and can get back to better exercise. Maybe I will be able to eat something other than toast.

Nice loss! You have definitely are not stuck at the weight that caused you problems in the past. What do you think you did differently this time around than previous weight loss attempts?

Found 2 local pools - 1 indoor, 1 outdoor - that I will try out this week. Bonus - the outdoor one is across from a friend's house; she has offered to join me when I go water walking there.

@Megan_smartiepants1970 - I would like to join the step challenge with a daily goal of 2500.

I haven't been here in a few days, I have been so tired lately that I sit like a zombie and fall asleep in my chair. It's not that I have done much to make myself so tired, maybe the previous week just caught up with me.
I have not tracked my calories with MFP this last week either - I need to get on the ball. As for the new dashboard, it's like anything else, it will just take some time to get used to the new look and functionality. I have not noticed it glitching out but I have a Samsung S20, maybe if you have an older phone it's not as compatible? When I had my old phone (I tend to keep them for a while) I turned off automatic updates because sometimes the updates aren't compatible with the older OS. Just a thought.
Steps for the last few days:
    06/07 - 3,920
    06/08 - 6,380
    06/09 - 9,040
    06/10 - 3,624

Mine is glitching like crazy. I have an iPhone 11 which is not that old and my iPad is new. Sometimes I find I am not tired when I have a lot going on but the next week I am super tired. Maybe this week you can set a goal to track three or four days and add a day until you are logging everyday.

I've officially run out of work pants because I've lost so much weight. Was clingling to my last pair but I'm headed out today to buy a couple pair. I'm hoping to run into this issue again in a few months. Wooooo!

That is such a great NSV.
