As I was heading to bed last night, I looked out the bedroom window... and snapped this picture. It kind of looks surreal. The sticky snow painted the big maple tree white.

As I was walking today, I passed a park area which is flooded with melting snow & rain. The ducks don't seem to mind. Kinda of helps put things into perspective... one person's flood is another's feast.

Snow is melting away. Close to the house (where I've been piling snow & ice from the pavement in front of the shop, it's still 3ft deep...

Linen closet baseboards, installed and caulked...
This tiny piece of trim required fitting around the trim and the bottom of the handrail. I went up and down a dozen times, trimming it to fit... At least half an hour worth of fussy work. Gah!!
