Hi everyone,
My name is Irene.
I'm from Holland, but have lived in Denmark since 2012. I'm 45 years old and married too my wonderful husband.
I've participated in this challenge before several years ago, and named to lose quite some weight, but then life happened and most of the weight has come back.
My life is mostly on track now, so now I need to start working on my weight again.
My main goal for this month is to get control of my binge eating in the evenings, and to lose a few pounds of course
Look forward to reading more about the step challenge.

I am glad you decided to come back. I have spent a few years trying to recover from binge eating disorder. I do pretty good since therapy but it only takes some stress to lead to a binge. Now that I know my triggers I try to avoid them.motivatedmom13 wrote: »Hi everyone,

Unfortunately, my back pain hit with a vengeance yesterday while grocery shopping. I had to cancel my hair appointment. I am resting it again today and hopefully will be in the pool tomorrow.

I've got 2+ hours of baseball today and it's supposed to reach 33 degrees (91F). Gonna burn some serious calories this afternoon.2

I'll put it down to water weight it's not been a great week but still doing weights, need to tighten up on diet this week hopefully back yo 170ibs next week. Need to break that 170 mark seems difficult for the next push downward. Hope everyone has a good week3 -
