Sorry Gloria, I’m a day late. Was out of the house most of the day and spaced on posting
Went to a new to me location for a Hike on Saturday. It was gorgeous! Am going on week 2 with no oven or stovetop and have at least 1 more week before our new one is delivered. That plus an super busy week had led to poorer food choices. On the plus side I have learned how to make scrambled eggs and oatmeal in the microwave, though the texture on both is a bit off.1 -

I thought yesterday was going to be a hard day. It was my dads birthday and also the anniversary of his passing. But I focused on all the good memories. We got Taco Bell for lunch cause that became his favorite.3
